We contact patients 5/3/1 day prior & Same day if needed.  Making contact with patients well ahead of time increases patient retention and decreases no-show rates.

Don't panic, the center show rate is extremely low and you need to call the existing patients to remind/encourage them to show up - we do that too. This service is a Director favorite and allows the onsite staff to focus on tasks in house.
